Our capacity ranges from mere inches in diameter all the way up to 4 feet wide by 16 feet long at this time.<\/p>

The router flattening table can handle live edge slabs ranging from mere inches all the way up to 4 feet wide by 10 feet long.<\/p>

Below is an example of a 24 in wide oak cookie that was flattened on the sawmill:<\/p>

The sawmill can handle anything from about 24 inches long up to 16 feet long and up to 23 inches wide at this time.<\/p>

The sawmill can shave wood almost paper thin with up to 1\/16 in accuracy. This provides for a very nice looking live edge slab when finished. We can shave off just the tiniest amount of wood, leaving you with a flat live edge slab with minimal loss.<\/p>

Our live edge slab flattening prices range from $20 for a small slab up to $100 for a larger slab. Prices depend on which method is necessary for flattening. The router jig is more time consuming and costs more whereas the sawmill is quite fast and cheaper.<\/p>

We will determine the best way to flatten your slab when you bring it in.<\/p>
